COVID-19:

Policies and Procedures
On top of our normal practices regarding preventing cross contamination like using vacuums with HEPA filters that are emptied between each cleaning and serviced regularly, we are also disinfecting our equipment between each cleaning.

Our team practices excellent hand hygiene as usual. We wash our hands often, with warm water and soap, and for at least 20 seconds.

Staff is provided with PPE:
-Masks
-Gloves
-Hand Sanitizer

Staff practices social distancing. When clients are unable to leave the home for cleanings, we ask that they sequester themselves to one area while we clean the rest of the home, and wear a mask if they must enter a room that is being cleaned by one of our staff.

Staff screen themselves for symptoms prior to every shift and take a temperature reading. If staff is showing symptoms, or have a fever they are instructed to stay home, notify their supervisor, and not return to work until they have met the CDC requirements to return to work.

If a someone in the client's household is showing symptoms, has a fever, or has been exposed to someone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule your cleaning. If a cleaning is cancelled or rescheduled because the client or household member is sick, we will not charge a cancellation fee. We appreciate being able to work together to keep the community safe.
All policies regarding COVID-19 have been created based on CDC guidance. Anything else we can do to keep you and your family safe, we would be happy to discuss.
