**One-time Deep Cleans and Vacancy Cleans are billed at an hourly rate, subject to a minimum.

***Discounts may be available to clients that have 2 or more turnovers in one week. Week runs Monday through Sunday.

Size of home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service frequency, usage level/condition of home, number of pets (fur and dander), and add-on services (interior of fridge, interior window cleaning, interior oven cleaning, etc.) are all factors that affect the final quote.

Initial Cleanings are quoted at a higher rate than recurring cleanings that follow.
