Terms of Service

 

Our terms of service are provided to give each client an understanding of our services and the client's responsibilities. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and occasional cleaning services. On the first visit we bring your home up to a professional level of cleanliness that we then maintain for you. In-depth cleaning begins with kitchen and bathrooms, plus a general clean of the other areas in your home. After the initial clean, a rotational system is implemented in which all areas of your home are routinely cleaned and disinfected. Our cleaning system provides an attention to detail that few can match! Your preferences are important to us and we tailor each service to your specific needs. Our staff is trained in all of our standard operating procedures, and are familiar with client preferences and the particulars of each home. Above all, we aim to create a healthy environment and to give you back your valuable free time.

Service Limitations

• We cannot move furniture over 20 pounds.

• We cannot climb higher than a 3-step ladder.

• We cannot clean areas considered a bio-hazard.

Excluded Services

• Exterior window cleaning

• Carpet shampooing services

• Pet cage or crate cleaning (including litter box)

• Laundry service (other than towels and linens)
